At ZoBu, we want every order to feel as thoughtful as the pieces inside. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order reaches you — and what to do if something isn’t quite right.

Shipping

📦 Delivery Partner

All orders are shipped via Delhivery, one of India's most reliable logistics networks, with real-time tracking on every shipment.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery

2–4 business days for most serviceable pincodes across India. Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-metro areas.

🆓 Free Shipping

Orders above ₹999 enjoy complimentary delivery. A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below this threshold.

📍 Pincode Check

We verify delivery serviceability at checkout. If your pincode isn’t serviceable, you’ll be notified before placing the order.

Order Processing

Reservation window: Your items are reserved for 30 minutes while you complete payment.
Processing time: Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Tracking: You'll receive shipment tracking updates via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order status on the Delhivery website using the AWB number.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different product of equal or greater value (with the balance payable). Subject to stock availability.

💰 Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Personalised or custom-made items, items marked as final sale, and items that have been used, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@zobubymain.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and share a return confirmation within 24–48 hours.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the instructions provided.
Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.
